These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to sales made by the association LIXIVIAT Records through its online store.
The products offered mainly include records, music formats, merchandise and items related to the label’s activities.

The products are described as accurately as possible on the website. Product images are provided for information purposes only.
Products are available while stocks last.
Prices are indicated in euros.
As LIXIVIAT Records is not currently subject to VAT, prices are indicated without applicable VAT, unless the association’s tax situation changes in the future.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Any order confirmed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
After confirmation, the buyer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided.
Payment is made online using the payment methods available on the website.
The order is prepared once payment has been confirmed.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer.
Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the association’s volunteers, festival periods, pre-orders or logistical constraints.
LIXIVIAT Records shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Some products may be offered as pre-orders.
In such cases, the estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page. This date may change depending on manufacturing, pressing or delivery delays.
In accordance with applicable law, the buyer generally has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in good condition, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of an error attributable to LIXIVIAT Records.

In the event of a damaged product or an error in the order, the buyer must contact LIXIVIAT Records as soon as possible, providing a description of the issue and, where possible, photos.
A solution will be offered depending on the situation: replacement, partial refund, full refund or another mutually agreed solution.
The data collected during orders is used solely for order processing, delivery, customer relations and the association’s administrative obligations.
